1. Shipping Coverage
We provide shipping across a comprehensive network of pin codes within India. We partner with reliable independent domestic courier agencies to ensure your packages reach you safely. International shipping is currently not available.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- All orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national public holidays) after successful transaction confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are generally processed on the same business day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the following working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metros & Major Cities: Once dispatched from our facility, orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: For tier-2, tier-3 cities, and regional areas, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note: These timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Delivery intervals may vary slightly due to weather conditions, logistics constraints, peak festive seasons, or unexpected regional public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free domestic standard shipping across India on orders above a specific cart threshold as displayed dynamically at checkout.
- For orders falling below our promotional free-shipping criteria, a standard flat shipping fee will be calculated and visibly applied during the checkout process before payment authorization.
5. Order Tracking & Electronic Notifications
As soon as your package is dispatched from our dispatch hub in Bangalore, we will issue an electronic notification to your registered email address or phone number. This confirmation will include:
- The name of the assigned logistics courier partner.
- A unique tracking number/ID linked directly to the carrier’s portal so you can trace your package’s transit status in real time.
6. Delivery Protocol & Incorrect Address Responsibility
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times at your designated shipping address before marking the shipment as a Return-to-Origin (RTO).
- It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure a complete, accurate shipping address and active phone number are typed at the time of order placement. Cuddloop cannot be held liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect address coordinates. Any additional re-shipping fees incurred due to address rectifications will be collected from the customer.
7. Force Majeure & Delivery Disruptions
Cuddloop shall not be held liable or responsible for delayed transit times or delivery failures arising from Force Majeure Events—including natural disasters, extreme weather anomalies, strikes, unexpected lockouts, internet or telecommunication infrastructure breakdowns, regional lockdowns, or government restrictions.
8. Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging our products securely. If you receive a package that appears open, severely crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier partner. Take a photograph of the damaged box and immediately reach out to our customer care team.
